Billing

You will have the option to pay for your service on a month-to-month basis or via a subscription. The month-to-month payment costs more than the subscription even though the subscription is paid monthly.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation would be effective after the month ending for your most recent payment.

Yes, data is backed up regularly, twice a day.

Yes, but not automatically. If you require your data to be exported then Dibrosoft Support Services can do that for you.
Security

Yes. Role-based access control (RBAC) allows assigning permissions by user role. Here are the available roles in Crimson CMS:
Administrator: can perform any functions
Member Admin: can perform member-related functions like adding members and updating member data
Finance Admin: can perform finance-related functions like inputting payment data
Auditor: can access any and all data but cannot update anything
