The Crimson MOT is a component of the Crimson Church Management System that is designed to provide pertinent information to all members and keep them informed of the church or religious organization’s planned activities. It also retains some analytics of which pages within the MOT were visited but does not identify the visitors.

This video discusses the Message from the Pastor page within the Crimson CMS MOT. This page allows a Member Admin to provide a Pastoral Letter to members, visitors, and guests. This can be a monthly, quarterly, annual or even weekly letter - the more frequent, the better.

This Pastoral Letter allows the congregation and visitors to hear from their spiritual under-shepherd regularly outside of the pulpit. It encourages participation and a feeling of connectivity.
